A New Chapter for Ardiah: Rooted in Family, Refocused on You
By Chris Austin, President and Owner of Ardiah
Over the years, Ardiah has grown and evolved alongside the incredible small businesses and communities we proudly serve. Like any small business, we’ve experienced our share of highs and lows—and the past few months brought a series of challenges that pushed us to reevaluate, refocus, and ultimately, take a bold step forward.
Today, I’m proud to share that as of May 15th, my wife Lindsey and I officially purchased Ardiah—bringing the business into the next generation of family ownership, right here in Maine.
This transition wasn’t taken lightly. We are incredibly grateful to the former owners—Mo, Kevin, and Tom—not just for the opportunity, but for their mentorship, trust, and friendship. They’ve been amazing partners and people I truly consider family. Mo and his wife Jen originally started Ardiah, formerly Osman Page, in the early 2000s, and from day one, it’s always been a family business. We’re honored to carry that legacy forward and hope to make Ardiah a generational company for our own family and the community we love.
In this new chapter, we’ve made the decision to narrow our focus exclusively to Payroll and Payment Solutions. We’ve phased out accounting, tax, and technology support so we can pour all our energy into the areas where we know we can have the most impact—helping you pay your team and get paid by your customers.
Why? Because when we simplify our offerings, we amplify our service.
Ardiah is now more focused than ever on being a true partner to Maine’s small businesses. Whether you’re a nonprofit, a restaurant, a retail shop, or a growing team ready to outsource payroll, our commitment is the same: Flat rates. Local support. Real relationships. No surprises.
And we’re excited to share one more update:
🎉 As of July 1st, we’ll be opening our new home at 12 Water Street, Suite 235 in Rockland—right in the heart of what continues to be the small business hub of Knox County. We can’t wait to welcome you there.
Here’s how you can help us grow this new chapter:
-
Refer us to a fellow business owner who’s frustrated with national providers.
-
Share our name with organizations that value local expertise.
-
Let us show you the savings—many of our clients save 30–50% over ADP, Paychex, or banks.
We’re proud to be family-owned, Maine-based, and here for the long haul. If you’re ready to simplify your back office and work with a team that truly values your business, start with Ardiah.
From our family to yours—thank you for your support.
Let’s grow together.
