Let me take you back to 2014. I was deeply entrenched in commercial banking solutions for businesses in Boothbay Harbor and Midcoast Maine. Reviewing these fees was just the beginning. We delved deeper, exploring ways to reduce costs through better transaction methods or finding more favorable pricing structures. However, it wasn’t just about saving money; it was about enhancing the overall payment experience for both businesses and their customers.
This journey fueled my love for the industry, leading me to establish my own business in 2018. But why leave the security of a bank?
