Q1 – Reflection of Great Progress of the AMS Team

Happy April everyone! Can you believe that the first quarter of 2024 has come to a close? Neither can we, but we couldn’t be more proud of our team and what we have accomplished this year. Today, I would like to reflect on why we are so happy with Q1 and what we are looking forward to in Q2.

First and foremost, we launched our ‘Pick a Tier’ option for bookkeeping, breaking down barriers for smaller businesses and organizations in need of our services. We understood the need for tailored solutions that fit various budgets, and we’re thrilled to have helped so many new customers with this initiative.

Additionally, we introduced our cleanup services, addressing the needs of customers who prefer a self-service model but require expert assistance in closing or correcting their books. This has proven critical for many clients, particularly during tax season or year-end closings.

Furthermore, our Payroll calculator exemplified our commitment to transparency and fairness in pricing. With our all-in-one pricing model and the absence of miscellaneous fees, we’ve saved our clients an average of 50% when they switched to us for their payroll needs. Our dedication to clear communication and personalized service has also been well-received by our clients.

In partnership with Shift4, we focused on the placement of SkyTab POS systems for restaurants. This collaboration resulted in over $16,000 in payments distributed to our referral partners and new clients. The referral program, offering $2,000 and $5,000 respectively, will continue through June, highlighting the satisfaction our clients and their customers have found with SkyTab’s reporting, functionalities, and enhanced guest experience.

Finally, we’ve redesigned our technology business to offer comprehensive support and project-focused solutions for restaurants and other businesses. Expect more exciting developments from our team in the near future!
